Freiburg im Breisgau
Freiburg im Breisgau, located in southwestern Germany in Baden-Württemberg, is a city on the Dreisam River, close to the borders with France and Switzerland. Home to about 233,140 people, it is renowned for its beautiful Gothic cathedral and picturesque streets. It is an important academic center thanks to the University of Freiburg.
